Dear Families,
Hi! We have had a wonderful, few weeks in Junior Kindergarten. The first week: We worked on the letter “Ss.” The students were all able to come up with objects that start with the letter “Ss”. Each week we will come up with a letter, shape and number of the week. All of our students, are very well versed in their colors! In Math we focused on the number “1” and the circle as our shape for the week. During week two, we focused on the letter “Aa.” In Math we came up with many representations for the letter “2” and the square shape. This week students will be working on the letter “Rr.” Our theme will be robots! We will have robot costumes in the Dramatic Play area with each child having their own costume due to the Corona Virus. We will be making and creating our own robot in the Science center! I have wonderful students and we are having a lot of fun! In Math, we will be working on the number “3” and the rectangle shapes.
